UI Health serves a linguistically diverse population of 1.4 million patients annually. During a previous pilot phase, with Abridge, UI Health saw a six percentage point increase in patient scores reported to Press Ganey from 91 percent to 97 percent in response to the survey question “provider explained in a way you understand.” 

With an easy-to-use interface that integrates directly into UI Health’s electronic health record Epic Systems, Abridge’s AI platform will be able to quickly scale across care teams to support compliant, systemwide adoption.
