KidsX Accelerator Demo Day
During the Kids X demo day, several technology healthcare organizations introduced their products aimed to enhance pediatric healthcare. Yael Kessler of CH LA introduced the event which was primarily focused on pediatric digital health, with a consortium of over 30 children's hospitals worldwide working together to improve digital health innovation. Various start-ups presented their solutions for health equity, mental and behavioral health, care coordination, and patient experience. Start-ups included Florence Health, Leo, Ar-Tara, Doc Tivity Health, Olympics and Rios which offered products ranging from wearable devices for monitoring pulmonary function to digitized cognitive-behavioral therapy for children. Several of these start-ups are already partnering with hospitals for testing and validation. By collaborating with hospitals and other healthcare systems, Kids X aims to create meaningful solutions for issues in pediatric health.
